Refurbishment and reconfiguration
This was a complex project as the 1826 property was a Grade 2 listed building and in a conservation area in a prime location which drew great attention from local council planners and historic buildings department. Our architect, planning consultant and tradespeople worked as a team to deliver a stunning property after a major reconfiguration and heavy refurbishment.
